Originally I thought this painting was about my own personal journey. As I child immigrating from Denmark, I wanted to know where did I come from, where am I now, and where am I going. As I meditated and contemplated on life, I realized this painting was for greater than my own personal curiosity. It is about my Viking ancestors!!
