Well life isn't really out of control. I just have a lot going on in my life. I have been thinking about finding a balance. Figuring out how do I fit it all in; a healthy lifestyle, paint, get artworks ready for framing, paint the frames, create descriptions & pricing for each piece. Oh, and organize my work space, so I can fit all the paintings in my little studio/office.
As many of you know, I am also the Art show event planner & owner of Vendel Festival Art Show.
It came to my attention at the last show on April 11, 2015, that the artists in the show followed my instructions & marketing suggestions. They followed the checklists provided. Each one of the displays were very professional. And sales were won at every artist booth.
Then I had a look at my own display, which was quickly put together in the last week, in between last minute preparations for the show. It was then I decided, I would create a routine for myself and do a little bit everyday, or a few times a week. As a bonus and a reward to myself, at the end of the week I throw paint and created a new masterpiece. Then I go for a walk in nature enjoying the beach, the sunshine, and hanging out with my best friend. Now I have balance in my life. I have now managed to fit everything in!! Life is not out of control, I have balance, and I trust that everything in my life is going to work out, and it always does. Just breath and let things happen. I trust and believe that all my passions and dreams will come true... oh, wait minute they are true!!
Life is good.
What are your dreams and passions, how to you find balance in your life??

Vendel Festival Art Show.
I chose these three paintings, because they are all important things to think about and appreciate.
Enjoying life, visiting beautiful place to contemplate life and all its possibilities. We are so lucky here in Beautiful British Columbia, Canada to have so many scenic and awe inspiring places to visit.
Freedom, to express my self through my artwork. Freedom to be passionate about my life, have fun and explore the possibilities.
What do you want? What do I want, What do my friends want. Is a question we all think about. We should be asking, and clarifying constantly and be clear on what we want out of life.
Today I want to share these paintings with my friends. Perhaps, one of these paintings inspires you to explore our province, perhaps one of these pieces helps you to realize you have the freedom to do what ever you want in your life. You just have to be clear and ask for what you really want.
You ask what do I really want? I want to be an international leader in the art world, exhibiting & promoting artists around the world in settings that are as beautiful as the art on display.
And I want to sell my art!!!! So click on one of these paintings. It could be on display in your home today!!
Just saying...... What I really want. :)

Many of you may not know this, actually most people who know me, is aware, that I was born in Sweden. But my parents are from Denmark, so that is really where am from. I love to visit my family there regularly. It is so colorful, fun, and carefree. People believe in celebrating in their homes, with friends. Or enjoying a beer in Nyhavn sitting right on the dock with friends. It is so beautiful and full of life and great energy.
Perhaps, one day you too, will enjoy a beer with me in Nyhavn!! To celebrate with friends is the best!!!
Dreams, and meditations, are one of the wonderful ways, my painting ideas come to me. My best creations have come to me this way, because I am at my most relaxed and happy state. Ideas thoughts and inspirations flow into me from where ever inside me or from the universe somewhere.
Like this painting, "Crazy Daisies" I always knew I wanted to paint daisies, but I was struggling with the how. I meditated on it, and the technique of using oil pastels, and throwing the water colour paint at it came to me. I love this style, it is so much fun and care free.
I ask you, how do your best creations come to you?? I really want to know. :)
I started the Antis-a-passion series, because I was in passionate love affair. I created this series of paintings, because I was always in anticipating when we would meet again. This is how the Antis-a-passion series began.
This piece is the second in the series. It was in the Juried Art competition, 2013 Blueberry Festival and it won 4th place!!
Currently "The Expressive flower" is on display at the Surrey Art Gallery in the Art Rental program. It can be rented for $25 per month.
I am excited, because finally I have a website with all my artwork in one place for everyone to enjoy.
Art is a way for me to express myself, when sometimes, I just can't find the right words. Currently, as you can see by my paintings, I am really loving life. That is why my artwork is so bright and colourful.
With this blog, I will be sharing with you on a regular basis, and keeping everyone who is a fan, up to date on my latest creations.
Until next blog posting, have a wonderfully happy and creative day!!
